How Quick Can We Deliver?

Fast. Very fast.

If you are at least 6 to 8 weeks away from your show date, we can deliver a DealCenter for you. 

Pre-Launch

On average, it takes 1 to 2 weeks for our DealCenter coders to customize a DealCenter website with your event branding, sponsorship branding, event details, and registration information. We make sure the site is tested and ready for you, and give you a preview before the launch date.

Registration Information

Event managers can either provide a spreadsheet each day for us to upload new registration information, or we can work with your existing online registration system so the DealCenter database will automatically update for every new registration. Either way is up to you.  All registration contact information is completely secure throughout the entire DealCenter process and is never used for anything outside the DealCenter deployment. 

 

Pre-Event

DealCenter will work with your event planning team to ensure all attendees and exhibitors know that they can now access the DealCenter to efficiently plan meetings at the upcoming show, expo or conference.

DealCenter can also assist your team in creating content for your event newsletters, webpages and emails. The DealCenter team also has an online tutorial for any attendees who would like to be walked through the system, and can provide individual tutorials to any attendee or exhibitor upon request.

DealCenter Support

DealCenter will handle attendees' and exhibitor's technical questions and provide support as requested, from DealCenter launch to the end of the event.  Our staff is standing by and ready to assist.  All support questions can be emailed to support@deal-center.com.

At The Event

Once the event date arrives, DealCenter representatives are available on-site to manage meetings in the DealCenter Area, ensure on-site DealCenter sponsorship branding for your sponsors, and support any technical inquiries. 

From table numbers to fast registrations and impromptu meetings, our goal is to make sure all DealCenter participants at your show are maximizing their business potential. 

Instead of attendees and exhibitors roaming the hotel hallways and lobbies, helplessly searching nametags for a person to meet with, the DealCenter website present attendee and exhibitor information in a logical, user-friendly format.  Our DealCenter Area creates a place at your event where business meetings can occur in an productive environment. Meetings can also be held in alternate locations such as a Meeting Suite or Exhibit Booth.

If desired, we can keep the DealCenter online meeting and messaging system open months after the show.  This is a great way for your attendees and exhibitors to keep communicating securely with one another and keep realizing ROI from attending and/or exhibiting at your event.
