DealCenter creates a website specific for your event, featuring the event and sponsor logos, where guests can login securely and view other attendee and exhibitor profiles. These profiles include headshots or company logos, company descriptions, service and/or product details and even Faceboook, LinkedIn or Twitter profiles.
With this key information, the DealCenter creates a database that all guests can easily search and select other peers they would like to meet. DealCenter will send out a meeting invitation on behalf of the user. The requestee can then view the profile of the person sending the invitation and choose to 'Accept' or 'Decline' the meeting invite. All confirmed meetings can then assigned a table number if being held in the DealCenter area and user timetables are updated accordingly. Meetings can also be held in locations outside an on-site DealCenter, such as a meeting suite, meeting table or exhibit booth.
The online meeting system can be open throughout the event, for real-time updates and meetings, or we can close the site a day or two before the event. It's up to you. |

By event date, typically 1/3 to 1/2 of all registered event attendees have logged into the DealCenter to view the complete attendee list and to schedule meetings. As a result, hundreds of meetings occur each event day in the DealCenter Area.
The DealCenter Area is a room, typically near the exhibit area, where there are individual, numbered tables, four chairs per table, and a moderator podium. The room offers the appropriate privacy necessary to conduct business.
DealCenter representatives are on-site and standing by in the DealCenter Area, available to assist with all event meetings.
All guests are greeted at the door, and the DealCenter moderator will make sure both parties arrive on time for their confirmed meeting.
DealCenter offers a text message reminder to be sent thirty minutes before the scheduled meetings, to ensure the timely arrival of all participants.

DealCenter sponsorships offer a unique opportunity for exhibiting or attending companies to receive pre-event and on-site event branding.
As many as six sponsor logos can be prominently displayed on the top of every customized DealCenter webpage. Their logos are hyperlinked to their respective websites or any other promotional webpage of their choice. With an average of over 50,000 page views leading up to an event (based on a show with 1200 registrants), and an average of 12 minutes per user visit, the customized DealCenter website is optimal for pre-event branding exposure. Sponsors receive thousands of impressions before the event even begins, providing real value for their sponsorship dollars.
While at the show, DealCenter sponsors can distribute collateral and/or promotional items (notebooks, pens etc.) throughout the meeting tables and display signage in the DealCenter Area. Sponsor logos are also printed on all tabletop signs, which are placed in the center of each meeting table with the assigned table number.
